Feel the pain. Cry. Accept.

Hi Self, It's day one. First day where you have to wake up not from sleeping but from reality. First thing to do is to ACCEPT. SLOWLY. Do not rush things. Feel the agony. Cry. Slowly it will lessen, until you feel no more pain. It will always takes time for us to heal. Memories will always be not only in our minds but also in our heart but the hurt and pain will fade away. Maybe not today or tomorrow. But one thing is for sure, we're gonna get through this .
